BAYADA offers HHA's/CNA's:

• Weekly pay/ Short commutes $14-$16 per hr
• Referral Program $500 +
• Scholarship programs / Advance to LPN Program $5,000
• Paid time off /Health Insurance

 

Qualifications for PCA’s:

• Minimum one-year hands- on caregiving experience
• Pass a background check

Job Responsibilities for PCA’s:

• Activities of daily living/ Med Assist
• Bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
