Senior Data Analyst

Luxclusif became part of Farfetch in 2021, offering 360º resale solutions for the luxury fashion industry shaping the future of pre-owned offers for customers, brands and retail partners and other suppliers of pre-owned products. Based in Porto, Luxclusif provides a wide range of services, implementing unique, end-to-end customized solutions based on resale data.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Apply problem-solving capabilities to understand the business issues/requirements and then suggest a suitable approach from an analytics perspective
• Gather business knowledge and its processes to challenge new approaches, and trends and enhance the synergy of solutions and processes within Luxclusif
• Act as the preferential interface for the business units regarding the development of new analytical solutions along with business process improvements
• Define, along with the business areas, the project requirements, outlining goals, scopes, benefits, stakeholders, and approach
• Developing and arguing on business cases for the most relevant features, managing relationships and expectations
• Guarantee, together with the project teams, the project implementation and the respective change management and adoption, to fulfill the desirable results
• Be one of the go-to persons for analytical transformation initiatives within the company

WHO YOU ARE

• You have a Computer Science, Information Systems degree or equivalent specialized training/certification
• You have at least 5+ years of experience in the role or similar and proven experience with data analytics
• Strong skills in Postgres, SQL Server, and MySQL for data querying and manipulation
• Experience in developing and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Looker
• Familiarity with Databricks for big data processing and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation tasks.
• Structured, with analytical and conceptual capabilities;
• High levels of dynamism, communication skills, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
• Proficiency in English
