Assistant Chef Concierge

Job Description

The Assistant Chef Concierge is responsible for ensuring Wynn Las Vegas standards are maintained by the guest-facing concierge staff.

Job Responsibilities:

• Training and scheduling staff
• Equipping staff with tools to serve guests' needs
• Addressing guest issues
• Conducting employee evaluations, coaching  and counseling
• Communicating information related to the concierge/guest experience
• Providing constructive feedback to other departments to help enhance the guest experience
• Addressing guest issues and handling the operational duties of the Chef Concierge in their absence
   

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of all services and attractions at Wynn Las Vegas and the Las Vegas area
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Two years experience in concierge management
• Membership in the Les Clefs d’Or, South Nevada Hotel Concierge Association
• Language skills additional to English preferred
• Well groomed, professional, and detail minded
