As a Nursing Operations Manager, you will Identify and ensure appropriate placement, facilitation and expedition of all patient flow transactions, including direct and emergency patient admissions and transfers, in accordance with established clinical standards and knowledge of disease entities. 

 

A caregiver in this position works rotating shifts, from 6:00pm—6:00am. 

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:   

  • Address significant patient issues and staffing needs throughout the house and make modifications to ensure equitable staffing arrangements throughout the hospital. 

  • Communicate changes with relevant leaders. 

  • Manage the patient experience trans-organizationally to optimize all resources to ensure a safe and efficient environment. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • BSN from an accredited school of professional nursing 

  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) 

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) 

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) 


Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:   

  • One year of leadership experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent walking, standing, sitting.
  • Manual dexterity, corrected vision, hand and eye coordination.
  • Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
