Mfg. & Process Engineer - Quality Engineer and Quality Inspector

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to coach shop floor personnel and oversee production processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring quality compliance, eliminating non-conformities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to quality processes and standards.
• Identify, analyze, and eliminate non-conformities in production.
• Develop and implement effective improvement plans to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Provide coaching and support to blue-collar teams to foster a culture of quality and accountability.
• Conduct regular surveillance of production activities to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
