Job Description

• Varied tasks in a central business operations team
• Creating new visual concept and design for workshop boards, presentations in PPT and promotional materials
• Administration of training requests for individual training and group training and processing of vouchers and certificates.
• Organizing events and event management (building agenda for professional topics, inviting speakers, organizing event, facilitation, communication, participation management, holding the communication channels of the agile communities alive)
• Facilitation and moderation of online events and workshops
• Creation and optimization of reports, process descriptions and checklists
• Maintaing operative support in collaboration with other teams in an agile environment
• Responsibility for the team's functional mailbox/inbox management.

Qualifications

• Completed studies (e.g. business administration) or comparable professional training.
• At least 3 years professional experience in multinational or corporate setting.
• Fluent English and good knowledge of German (written and spoken) or willing to develope existing knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team, communication skills and experience in a dynamic, virtual environment.
• High degree of initiative, service mentality and independence.
• Practical experience in dealing with common MS Office applications, in particular Excel and Power Point.
• Basic ICT industry knowledge and interest for these topics

• Having a creative mindset and affinity to create design elements.
• Basic or advanced knowledge of visual design, graphical design tool (eg. Photoshop, Adobe tools, Canva) is an advantage.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Professional experience in HR, preferably with a focus on training/training supply, HR controlling is an advantage.
• Experience in an agile working method is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and grow in a multinational environment
• Can-do-attitude
• Good problem solving skills
• Ability to work with high efficiency on diverse tasks
