NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Scrum Master to work in Connecticut or Boston with our global energy client. 

Responsibilities:

• Scrum Master: apply agile methodology techniques in the squads he/she is responsible for (daily meetings, retrospective, grooming, etc …).
• PM: push the different team members to achieve agreed / committed timelines
• Validate resource allocation
• Generate status report for different stakeholders
• Create roadmaps for the different initiatives
• Guarantee the projects are executed properly

Requirements:

• 5+ years of scrum master / project manager experience
• 3+ years in the energy/utilities sector (electric or gas)
• Excellent communication skills
• System implementation experience on IT projects in customer sites or similar
• PMI or CSM preferred
