Junior Corporate Accounting Specialist

Your role & responsibilities:

 

• Assist in the audit and review of reporting data & early warning processes
• Perform/support with the preparation of the consolidated statutory financial statements and notes for actual, quarterly, half-year closing & year end closing as well as for planning purposes
• Prepare analysis for the consolidated financial statements and support the team with the preparation of presentations for the Management- and Supervisory Board and other Stakeholders
• Participation in projects (IT-topics, accounting topics)
• Participation in maintaining and updating the reporting systems and Excel-based tools

 

Your skills & strenghts:

 

• You have first experience/ internships in the area of accounting / controlling / finance
• University degree in accounting / controlling / finance
• Strong accounting understanding (German GAAP, IFRS)
• IT skills (MS-Office, esp. Excel, Powerpoint)
• Very good analytical skills
• Very good business English skill, German skills will be advantages
• Detail oriented, independent and systematic working style
• Team player, flexibility, and willingness to take over responsibility
