About The Team: As part of the LINQ Product Team, you will be joining an innovative group of product experts who are driving our company’s growth and solving complex and often competing demands in the public education market.
About The Role: The Product Manager, Nutrition, will play a key role in ensuring our product meets the needs of our district and state agency customers and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our nutrition offerings.As a Product Manager for our SaaS based Nutrition product focused on managing various USDA Child Nutrition Program requirements and integrations, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our platform meets the needs of our users effectively.
What You’ll Be Doing: • Use creative methods to identify compelling, differentiated solutions that effectively address customer needs, align with the business, and drive innovation. • Define and drive the product roadmap by defining and prioritizing capabilities and features that align with the business goals and user’s needs. • Effectively manage team backlogs by prioritizing across different categories of work (such as bugs, enhancements, innovation, etc.) and leading through the traditional scrum ceremonies including grooming and sprint planning. • Serve as a market expert and voice of the customer by regularly interacting with customers, deeply understanding their challenges and leading discovery efforts to ensure our solution effectively meets the needs of themarket. • Collaborate extensively with the LINQ District and State Nutrition Product Team and across various business units (including Engineering, QA, Sales, Support, Client Success, Implementation, UX, and more) to ensure product success, drive successful product releases and foster a robust ecosystem. • Stay informed regarding the competitive landscape, identifying o
