Job Description
Your Career
As a member of the Unit 42, National Security Team (NATSEC) team, you will be working closely with a globally distributed team of vulnerability researchers, reverse engineers, and threat intelligence analysts.
Your Impact
- Build a team of subject matter experts to provide region-specific threat intelligence - guide the team, create and improve processes, methodologies and capabilities that the team requires to work effectively
- Oversee the tracking and analysis of Nation State/APT attack groups and their activities
- Production of a high cadence of quality threat intelligence reporting to support customer requirements
- Develop new and maintain existing collaborative relationships with government and industry partners globally
- Communicate with product engineering teams to improve detection efficacy in our ecosystem of products
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Top Secret Clearance (TS/SCI) with Polygraph
- At least 3 years of management experience, global management experience (world-wide team) is a plus
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent military experience, or 5+ years of experience as a cleared threat intelligence analyst
- Experience working with government agencies / cyber centers worldwide and their respective collaboration frameworks
- Excellent public speaking skills with experience presenting at conferences and engaging with executives across the cybersecurity industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of exceptional intelligence analysts
- Experience in coordinating with cross-organizational threat analysts to maximize threat intelligence efforts
- Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, including meeting and presenting to large customers globally and often
- Excellent public speaking skills with experience presenting at conferences and engaging with executives across the cybersecurity industry
- Working knowledge of BigQuery
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiar with static and dynamic malware analysis and common industry tools
- Strong knowledge of cyber security threat actors, particularly their tactics, techniques, procedures, tooling, and noteworthy attacks
- Experience leveraging netflow, passive DNS, IP registration, malware telemetry, and other data sets to form comprehensive threat assessments
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Native level English fluency, any other languages a plus
