The Sr Manager, Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics (Events) owns the portfolio intelligence layer for the global World Tour program. This role evaluates market performance, models footprint scenarios, and synthesizes insights from regional teams, operations, and finance to inform leadership decisions on how the global World Tour portfolio should evolve over time.


The role builds and maintains the analytical systems and performance visibility that allow leadership to make informed decisions on market expansion, event rotation, and portfolio optimization.


Core Responsibilities:


Global World Tour Footprint Planning
Own the analytical modeling that informs the global World Tour footprint.
Responsibilities include:
● Evaluating market performance across regions
● Modeling expansion opportunities and new markets
● Identifying underperforming cities or markets
● Analyzing regional demand signals and ecosystem growth
● Supporting leadership decisions on market rotation and portfolio balance

The role prepares data-driven scenarios and recommendations to inform leadership discussions on future markets.


Global Portfolio Performance Visibility
Maintain the centralized performance view of the World Tour portfolio.
Track and analyze:
● Attendance trends across markets
● Pipeline influence indicators
● Regional performance comparisons
● Year-over-year market trends
● Market growth or decline signals

Provide leadership with a consistent and reliable view of portfolio health

Global Event Portfolio Intelligence Repository
Build and maintain the institutional knowledge base for the World Tour portfolio.
Maintain historical and current data on:
● Market attendance performance
● Pipeline influence signals
● Regional demand indicators
● Operational capacity considerations
● Financial performance signals (in coordination with finance)

This repository becomes the central intelligence system for portfolio planning.

Portfolio Modeling & Market Analysis
Develop scenario models that support leadership decisions such as:
● Expanding into new markets
● Rotating or reevaluating existing cities
● Adjusting the portfolio balance across regions
● Identifying emerging market opportunities
The role builds the models and analysis, while leadership determines the strategic direction.

Global Portfolio Performance Review

Own the cadence and preparation of the Global World Tour Portfolio Review, providing leadership with regular visibility into:
● Overall portfolio health
● Regional performance comparisons
● Emerging demand signals
● Underperforming markets
● Potential footprint adjustments
This creates a structured and consistent portfolio planning process.


Cross-Functional Data Coordination
Partner closely with:
● Regional marketing teams
● World Tour operations
● Finance and accounting
Ensure consistent data inputs and alignment across the portfolio.


Finance retains ownership of financial forecasting, budget management, and financial governance.

Required Skills

8+ years of relevant experience in the following key areas:

Data Analysis & Modeling

  • Scenario modeling for market expansion and portfolio optimization
