About the Team:
Walmart is opening its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas, scheduled to begin operations in 2026. The state-of-the-art facility will process and bottle a variety of milk options including Gallon, Half Gallon, Whole, 2%, 1%, Skim, 1% Chocolate Milk, and Cream for Walmart's Great Value and Sam's Club's Member's Mark brands. This new facility represents Walmart's commitment to building a more resilient and transparent supply chain, sourcing high-quality milk primarily from Texas dairy farmers to serve more than 750 Walmart stores and Sam's Clubs throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and parts of Arkansas and Mississippi. What You’ll Do
- Lead and Develop Teams: Hire, train, mentor, and manage associates while fostering a culture of belonging. Support inclusive practices that make every team member feel valued and respected.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Manage workloads and work plans to meet deadlines. Monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations using automated systems and data.
- Ensure Compliance and Integrity: Uphold company policies, ethics, and safety standards. Promote the Open Door Policy and guide associates in ethical decision-making.
- Optimize Logistics and Quality: Maintain procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with logistics, safety, and quality standards. Use data to identify and implement operational improvements.
- Collaborate and Communicate: Build relationships with stakeholders, share progress, and align team efforts with business goals.
- Support Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Adapt to change and promote learning across the team.
- Resolve Challenges: Address associate concerns and operational issues by coordinating with managers and subject matter experts.
- Supervise and Guide Associates: Direct, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback. Identify training needs and support continuous learning, coaching, and development.
- Sanitation Tasks: Perform responsibilities to meet food quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- OR Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
- OR 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience
- OR 2 years of experience in dairy processing, manufacturing, or food processing
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year of supervisory experience
- OR 3 years of supervisory experience in dairy processing, manufacturing, or food processing
