Our employees are part of a global family who work together to provide the best solutions for our customers.</span></p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Opportunity!</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:#121317">We have a current opportunity for an </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Automated Welding</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> </span><strong><span style="color:#121317">Machine Operator</span></strong><span style="color:#121317"> at our Menomonee Falls facility.</span></p><p><strong><span style="color:#121317">Position Overview:</span></strong></p><p><span style="color:#121317">You will be responsible for welding (manual and automated welding machine) and fabrication of custom weldments.</span></p><p class="Paragraph SCXW239113583 BCX8"><span style="color:#121317"> </span></p><p class="Paragraph SCXW239113583 BCX8"><strong><span style="color:#121317">What You'll Do:</span></strong></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Read fabrication blueprints</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Accurately read measuring instruments and production instructions</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Fabricate custom weldments per print using both wire welding and stick welding processes</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Demonstrate proficiency with both oxy-fuel and plasma-cutting processes</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Demonstrate safe welding and shop practices</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Operate automated welding machine – load correct materials into equipment, set up proper programs into controller, maintain correct parameters for high-quality welds</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#121317">Other tasks as defined</span></p></li></ul>
