Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience with hands on patient care
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• Ability to pass drug screen/Clear background checks
