Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support internal and external build teams with innovative problem-solving

• Assist in maintenance, repairs and construction of parks.

• Support Snowmaking plan

• Install and maintain Terrain Park signage, closures, trail markings, fencing and banners.

• Supply quality and productive feedback to the team.

• Conduct daily safety and maintenance checks of parks and innovative environments.

• Complete daily logs

• Safely operate equipment assigned

• Understand and communicate "Your Responsibility Code" and "Smart Style" to guests.

• Daily trash and debris pick up and removal.

• Report injuries to ski patrol and assist when needed. Help secure the site.

• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and learn new skills.

• Support operations as needed.

Basic Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Physical Capabilities: bend, twist, push, pull, stand, lift 50 lbs.

• Must be comfortable working in an outdoor all-season environment.

• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

• Ability to work overnight shifts.

• Ability to ski/snowboard to locations on the mountain as needed.

• Willing to travel as needed.

• Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check will be conducted after a position is accepted.

​​Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 ski area operations experience

• 1-2 years of freestyle terrain experience

• Basic understanding of snowmaking

• A four-year college degree is preferred

• Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, work as part of a team, and lead teams in achieving goals.
