Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be an important partner for the client and our teams by implementing conceptual data frameworks and developing marketing strategies
- Collaborate with teams to develop end-to-end measurement and solutions for clients by bringing a hybrid lens of quantitative analysis, analytical thinking and business context to develop audience insights, inform creative campaign planning, and define the measurement and testing optimization approach and the reporting strategy.
- Transform quantitative finding into relevant insights by connecting the behavior to business outcomes and present with an “insight – rationale -- recommendation” approach.
- Manage efficient execution of projects, including the implementation of best practices
- Coach other team members to activate or enhance their existing skills and inspire growth, learning and development
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in analytics and data strategy, or related measurement function
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or related quantitative discipline, or in Business with demonstrable quantitative skills.
- Experienced in measurement and learning agendas, with experience developing effective reporting, data visualization, experimental design, ad hoc analyses methods and choosing
- Practical experience analyzing big data using SQL complemented by R, SAS, or Python to develop data-driven business insights and recommendations that help clients measure, optimize, and understand customer engagement.
- Comfortable driving technical and business requirements based on data strategy recommendations and requirements.
- Data visualization experience with a keen focus on client-facing storytelling and clarifying and defending findings, insights, and recommendations from data analysis.
- Experience with statistical learning approaches (regression techniques, classification models, ensemble modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning)
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000-$146,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
