Job Description

The Shop App team is on a mission to redefine how the world shops. We’ve already upgraded the way buyers checkout and track their orders, and become one of the most downloaded apps in app stores. But there are so many more firsts to come. We believe it’s time for buyers and merchants to be connected in ways they never have been before. As a Senior Product Manager for our Shop App team, you will leverage your expertise and insights in consumer-facing products to drive innovation and meet the needs of our customers. One of your key responsibilities will be driving growth and new customer acquisition. You will work closely with the Director of Brand to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers. This will involve running experiments on a small scale and, if successful, scaling them up to drive significant growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager for a consumer-facing product.
• Proven track record of finding creative and effective solutions to overcome challenges and drive growth.
• Highly proficient in SQL and data analysis, with a passion for diving deep into data and discovering insights that drive your product roadmap.
• Experience collaborating with and inspiring designers, developers, marketers, and customers in an agile environment.
• Experience creating and iterating on product roadmaps.
• Ability to define and prioritize multiple initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing complex, technical and non-technical stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across multiple products aligning on goals and deliverables.
• Genuine user empathy and passion for solving their most complex problems with the products you ship.
• An entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done.
• A talent for storytelling.

Nice to have:

• Experience building and shipping products in the ecommerce space. 
• Founder and/or startup experience.
