Talent Development Intern

The Talent Development Intern will:

• Create engaging training and development materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises 
• Review online courses under development 
• Develop and distribute reports to internal and external contacts  
• Support the department in other tasks as assigned 
• May utilize the LMS to coordinate and deliver live and/or virtual training programs. 

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Majoring in Master of Learning Design and Technologies, Masters of Instructional Design, or a similar area of focus.

 

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of learning/talent management systems, graphic design, instructional design, and e-learning development tools such as Storyline, and/or Microsoft SharePoint.
