This position provides nursing support at the bedside and in the clinic / office setting. In addition to clinical skills, the candidate must possess strong communication, and organizational skills. Ability to successfully navigate the EMR (Epic) and various supporting electronic applications is essential.
As 0.5 position, scheduled hours are Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts with start time of 0900-17:30. In a 2 week pay period scheduled shifts are (2) shifts one week, (3) shifts the other week.
Pay Range:
$20.80 - $31.20Major Responsibilities:
- Assists RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation which may include use of therapeutic assistive devices, proper positioning, range of motion and special transferring as indicated. Measures and documents blood pressures, TPRs (Temperature, Pulse, Respiration), I & O (Intake and Output), daily weights, and other patient data as requested. Documents accurately in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
