Receptionist/ AP Assistant

Highland Hills Post Acute is a 200-bed post-acute care facility located at 1105 Perry Highway, Pittsburgh. Our dedicated staff members are ready to welcome you to our team. Successful candidates will have the following:  

• At least 18 years of age
• Experience with accounts payable is ideal
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems
• Compassion for an underserved population
• High energy and outgoing personality

Your day to day:   

You'll provide assistance in caring for our residents by acting as gatekeeper for our facility and ensuring their accounts are kept up with. You'll work under supervision of our Business Office Manager to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
