Overview
Presbyterian is seeking an Application System Analyst - Intermediate to support the development and enhancement of moderately complex information systems. This role involves defining system scope and objectives through research and analysis, and preparing detailed specifications from which programs will be written.

Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in analyzing and revising system logic and documentation
Competent in various phases of systems analysis
Open to instruction and growth in more advanced phases
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related technical/business area plus 2 years of IT or business experience. 6 years of additional experience can be substituted in lieu of degree
Education specialization:Essential: Information Technology
Responsibilities
Support the definition and refinement of business requirements and contribute to quality assurance and user acceptance testing efforts
Design, develop, test, and debug software components of moderate complexity
Provide implementation, production, and upgrade support for software components
Serve as a liaison between the application team and user community to facilitate communication, coordinate system enhancements, and offer production support
Collaborate with users to define detailed business requirements and use cases that guide system configuration, development, enhancement, and operational activities
Create internal IT, user, and operations documentation to ensure smooth system performance and easy maintenance
