Jefferson Healthcare has an opening for an experienced and motivated Pharmacist to join our Infusion Services team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care through medication therapy, supporting pharmacy operations, and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction. We are looking for a team player with strong communication skills, a dedication to quality patient care, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• Current Washington State Pharmacy License in good standing.
• Current Washington State Pharmacy preceptor preferred.
• 5 years of hospital and/or retail pharmacy and clinical pharmacy preferred.
• Computer experience with pharmacy systems preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification (Inpatient) is required within one year of date of hire.

Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 40 hr/week; Day Shift; Days can vary
