Senior Financial Analyst

 

Overview

 

The Senior Professional Business Planning & Analysis is responsible for the cost controlling and prepares financial analyses for the organization’s management.

 

 

What you’ll do:

 

• R&D controlling activities including NPV analysis, project costing, budget and reporting.
• Perform month-end close process for R&D, G&A, Marketing and Selling. Prepare month-end KPI’s.
• Budget administration of the global budget.
• Report and analyze global revenue, pricing and margin
• Support global revenue budget and forecast updates
• Support the US-CN and Latin American Sales groups with KPI, spending and budget. Provide Sales management with data driven information for marketing and pricing valuation. Prepare regional sales management P&L’s.
• Support Marketing including monitoring, analyzing and periodic review of cost center spending and programs
• Develop financial models, prepare summary analysis and presentation packages for management.
• Assist in preparation of annual strategic plan and market analysis.
• Prepare internal and external management reports.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze diverse data into clear and concise management reports
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the team:

 

 

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics or another quantitative field

Nice to Have

• MBA

 

 

 

Work Experience

• 3-5 years

 

 

Personal Competencies

• Good organization, communication, analytical, leadership and quantitative skills.
• Ability to Collect, consolidate, and analyze diverse data and intelligence from BW, Sales, R&D and other sources.

 

 

Social  Competencies

• Solid work ethics and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management.
