Graphic Design Specialist

Key Role:

Produces graphic designs, using a variety of techniques and software, including Adobe products, for print and electronic communications, such as briefs, slick sheets, marketing materials, proposal graphics, and proposal presentations distributed through a variety of outlets to clients and internal stakeholders. Applies knowledge of design principles to effectively communicate complex messages in a visual format. Develops or contributes to a variety of design initiatives, partnering with mission experts, to help communicate information to various stakeholder audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design, including use of Adobe suite

• 3+ years of experience supporting marketing efforts

• Experience developing graphics for an external audience

• Knowledge of Adobe Captivate

• Ability to work independently on a geographically dispersed team

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with facilitating design review and brainstorming sessions to establish brand standards

• Experience iterating on design to incorporate feedback from senior leaders

• Knowledge of Adobe Workfront

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and workstreams with limited direct oversight

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphics, or Art preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD)
