Learn more at </span><a href="https://bit.ly/dnb-careers">dnb.com/careers</a><span>.</span><br/><span>As part of Dun &amp; Bradstreet’s Data &amp; Analytics team, you will play a critical role supporting data science initiatives, engaging with clients and colleagues to identify business needs, and contributing to the development and implementation of analytical solutions.</span><span>You will use data science techniques to automate and scale our analytic capabilities as well as validate our predictive scores and recommend changes when needed.</span> <h3>Essential Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul> <li>Assist in utilizing data science techniques, including supervised and unsupervised machine learning, Natural Language Processing, and graph analysis, top automate and scale internal business processes.</li><li>Engage with clients and colleagues to identify business needs and contribute to the development, implementation, and management of analytical solutions.</li><li>Validate the performance of existing risk models, predictive solutions, and recommend changes when necessary.</li><li>Communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders, clients, and senior leaders.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide analytical support.</li><li>Assist in developing global analytic solutions, including statistical models, based on established best practices, methodologies, and tools.</li><li>Research business issues and recommend solutions, including model inputs and end products, focusing on specific customer needs and use cases.</li><li>Bring new projects forward from ideation to proof of concept and impact assessment.</li><li>Work closely with related groups to ensure business continuity.</li><li>Work as a member of one or more agile teams, using lean principles and SCRUM methodology.</li><li>Leverage advanced analytical skills to collect, organize, and deliver large datasets from multiple channels and sources, ensuring comprehensive data integration.</li><li>Provide technical expertise in various analytical tasks, including design, development, validation, calibration, documentation, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.</li><li>Develop visual analytics tools by designing and creating dashboards in tools such as Power BI.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on data compilation, analysis, and quality assurance.</li><li>Provide analysis and drive modern solutions and efficiencies in our processes.</li></ul> <h3>Skills needed</h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics/Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus. </li><li>5+ years of experience with Big Data analysis and recommendation generation.</li><li>5+ years of experience with Python, SQL, or similar.</li><li>Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. </li><li>Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.</li><li>Ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful business insight.</li><li>Results-oriented and capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Ability to operate with a sense of urgency and meet critical deadlines.</li><li>Excellent organization, decision-making, and analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. </li><li>Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.</li><li>Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.</li><li>Fluency in English and Finnish language.</li><br/></ul><b><span>Why Join Us?</span></b><br/><span>Does this role sound like a great opportunity but you’re not sure about making a move?
