As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead our machine learning initiatives, driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge algorithms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and deployment of machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems. 


• In detail: 
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models and algorithms. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions. 
• Conduct experiments (simple causal inference or AB tests) to evaluate model performance and contribute to data-driven decision-making. 
• Demonstrate a data product mindset, aligning solutions with business objectives and contributing to the development of data-driven products. 
• Independently handle complex projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver solutions meeting business needs. 
• Simplify model details for business owners, effectively communicating the value and impact of machine learning models on business outcomes. 
• Work closely with business and product counterparts at every stage of model development, ensuring alignment with goals and incorporating feedback. 
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production systems. 
• Implement scalable and efficient machine learning solutions, considering performance, reliability, and maintainability. 
• Contribute to documentation of models, algorithms, and best practices, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team. 
• Bring experience from product-based companies to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of machine learning solutions. 
• Conduct research to stay abreast of the latest advancements in ML and  and contribute to the development of organizational standards by bringing in industry best practices.
