The Supply Chain & Operations Commodity Associate Program (CAP) offers leadership development, while gaining depth and knowledge into Commodity Markets & Trading. Gain invaluable experience by participating in our 12 to 18-month development program within our Feed Sourcing Team.    

  

Required Qualifications   

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s ag econ degree with an expected graduation date of May 2026  

• Demonstrated leadership in school/academic/industry-related clubs  

Professional Qualifications   

• Analytical and critical thinking skills   

• Effective interpersonal and collaborative skills   

• Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems   

• Demonstrates courage and can lean into the unknown  

• Flexible and can adapt to changing business surroundings 

Salary for CAP is $70,000
