Production Supervisor (Bilingual Spanish)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Coordination: Assist the production manager in coordinating daily work activities and organizing production processes
• Record Keeping: Maintain daily work records and collaborate with the production manager to improve system records
• Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to interact with workers who speak different languages, including Spanish, English, and Chinese
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications:

• Relevant work experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with production management systems and software
• Bilingual in Spanish required to speak and interact with the team to complete tasks
