What you will do

The Warehouse Associate 1 is responsible for assisting with various operations tasks in the warehouse. You will be involved in tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing materials:

Key Responsibilities

• Implement creative inventory management strategies to optimize warehouse space and improve efficiency
• Develop innovative shipping and receiving processes to streamline operations and reduce turnaround times
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement creative solutions
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to address inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate stock levels
• Hours are days- 6:45am-3:15pm with Sunday and Monday off

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2-4 years experience in warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills

• Proven track record of implementing creative solutions in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to complex problems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Experience collaborating with team members and stakeholders
