Job Overview
As an Intern in the Global Technology Business Unit, you will:
- Be familiar with relevant aspects of materials and polymer engineering approaches.
- Be familiar with materials processing / characterization operations including rheological, thermal and physical testing methods.
- Be familiar with 3d printing/Additive manufacturing technologies.
- Support evaluations of process capabilities and material properties
- Document findings in PowerPoint / Word/ Excel
- Contribute to ideation for development projects.
- Share project findings in team presentations
Responsibilities
- Be familiar with thermosetting polymer chemistries and the use of filler technologies.
- Be able to maintain effective project documentation
- Be capable of working collaboratively within a team environment
- Be Graduate student in Materials Science/Engineering or Polymer Science/Engineering with hands on polymer characterization experience.
- Have research experience applying polymer science / engineering methodologies, preferably with working knowledge of 3D printing processes.
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in Major

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $18.20 – 38.64 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Our program provides a holistic experience for interns that targets professional development and personal growth.
