Maintenance Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and facilities management, with expertise in managing maintenance teams and ensuring the optimal performance of all equipment and systems. This role is crucial for maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Main Tasks

• Manage and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee the maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and high voltage equipment.
• Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, schedules, and inventory.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs or services as needed.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices in industrial maintenance and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of logic controllers, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and high voltage equipment.
• Experience with CMMS software for tracking maintenance activities.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Relevant certifications in maintenance management or related fields are preferred.
