Sports Marketing Manager

Position: Sports Marketing Manager
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Purpose of Position:
As the Sports Marketing Manager you will procure and activate multiple sports partnerships varying in size from stadium initiatives to smaller minor league partnerships. You will routinely meet with outside vendors to assess value and then present viable options to the VP of Media and Media Manager to determine budget impact. In addition, you will coordinate the activation of partnerships to maximize ROAS and generate leads for the company.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Manage sports partnerships with full accountability to both branding and lead generation results.
• Determine value of a partnership and negotiate the best deal possible before presenting as an option to leadership.
• Oversee implementation of contractual agreements, internally and externally, to ensure all parties are delivering as promised.
• Conduct regular meetings with all immediate subordinate employees to discuss overall business context, plans, and problems; ensure employees understand how their roles and tasks align with organization’s mission and vision; seek input/suggestions from subordinate employees.
Must-Have/Preferred Requirements:
• Experience in sports marketing is required for this role.
• College Degree or work experience commensurate
• Experience and understanding of navigating all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
