We’re seeking a System Administrator who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. This person will have mainly System/Infrastructure responsible. The ideal candidate is also able to support for Network/Security areas and Help Desk tasks if necessary.</p> <p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage incident reports, update ticket information, and restore or fulfill IT service requests within operational and service level agreements.</li> <li>Analyze issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and resolve root causes for recurring problems.</li> <li>Create, implement, and document authorized changes, and participate in CAB meetings as needed.</li> <li>Support managed IT services through flexible shift coverage, including on-call and on-site support when required.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Functional Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help keep IT operations running smoothly by following standards, improving processes, and partnering with internal teams.</li> <li>Share knowledge, support training, and contribute to a collaborative, high-accountability team culture.</li> <li>Work with vendors and technical experts during escalations and support smooth service transitions.</li> <li>Jump into projects and team priorities as needed.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <p>You bring strong hands-on systems administration experience, backed by certification or equivalent real-world expertise in enterprise environments, and effective English communication skills.</p> <ul> <li>Cloud and infrastructure<br>• &nbsp; &nbsp;Technical expertise with Hyper-V, Windows Clustering, Storage area networks (SAN
