Job Summary:

Illuminate USA is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of associates, managing inventory activities, and ensuring that safety, accuracy, and efficiency are maintained across warehouse functions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of warehouse experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support a team of warehouse associates to ensure daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently

· Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate documentation using warehouse systems

· Support receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations

· Maintain proper product rotation (FIFO) and organization within the warehouse

· Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and investigations into discrepancies

· Provide training and guidance to new team members on warehouse procedures and safety practices

· Coordinate closely with supervisors and other departments to maintain smooth warehouse operations

· Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across warehouse processes

· Help ensure timely staging and availability of materials for production needs

· Promote a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

· Minimum of 5 years of warehouse experience, including time in a leadership or team support role

· Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS), inventory practices, and safety procedures

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

· Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment

· Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
