Nurse Manager III
About the PositionThe Oklahoma Crisis Recovery Unity (OCRU) is a psychiatric and substance abuse crisis center located in OKC. It provides 24/7 care for individuals in crisis for up to 5 days, not including weekends and holidays. The treatment philosophy is trauma sensitive, co-occurring, person-centered and recovery-oriented in nature. We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager III to join our team to provide leadership, supervision, and flexibility in floor coverages (including shift and weekend hours) to our facility staff.

  • Annual Salary is $82,500.00
  • Full Compensation range of $96,157 to $108,549, depending on the number of covered dependents. Compensation range to include base salary and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits.

Additional Compensation: Along with our great benefits we also offer addition compensation for working outside of normal business hours! Below is the list of shift differential pay that you can use to boost your hourly pay rate. You can also stack your shift differential pay. For example, working nights on the weekends earns you an extra $8.00 an hour.
  • Evening/Nights – extra $3.00 hr.
  • Weekends – extra $5.00 hr.
  • Holidays – extra $3.00 hr.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license to practice Registered Nursing as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and;
  • A Master’s Degree and two (2) years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity;
  • Or a Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
  • Or four (4) years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
  • Preference will be given to current OCCIC/OCRU employees.
Drug and Alcohol Pre-employment and Pre-placement Testing:  Upon a conditional offer of employment, applicants for safety sensitive positions shall be required to submit to urinalysis to test for drugs. Appointment to a safety sensitive position shall be contingent upon a negative drug test result.

THIS AGENCY REQUIRES COVERAGE 24 HOURS, 7 DAYS PER WEEK. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION MAY VARY DEPENDING ON BUSINESS NECESSITY. EMPLOYEES MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK WEEKENDS AND OVERTIME.
