About the Position: The Oklahoma Crisis Recovery Unity (OCRU) is a psychiatric and substance abuse crisis center located in OKC. It provides 24/7 care for individuals in crisis for up to 5 days, not including weekends and holidays. The treatment philosophy is trauma sensitive, co-occurring, person-centered and recovery-oriented in nature. We are currently looking for a Nurse Manager III to join our team to provide leadership, supervision, and flexibility in floor coverages (including shift and weekend hours) to our facility staff.

- Full-time position
- Annual Salary is $82,500.00
- Full Compensation range of $96,157 to $108,549, depending on the number of covered dependents. Compensation range to include base salary and benefits allowance to help you pay for your benefits.
- Number of Vacancies: 1
- FLSA Status - Exempt
- Evening/Nights – extra $3.00 hr.
- Weekends – extra $5.00 hr.
- Holidays – extra $3.00 hr.
- Possession of a valid permanent Oklahoma license to practice Registered Nursing as approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and;
- A Master’s Degree and two (2) years of professional nursing experience in a supervisory capacity;
- Or a Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
- Or four (4) years of professional nursing experience, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
- Preference will be given to current OCCIC/OCRU employees.
