JOB SUMMARY:
This Internal Promotional position provides customer and team member support for the Central Locate Unit and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:
- Mentoring and training to team members
- Initiating and responding to requests
- Coordinating with internal and external partners
- Researching and resolving case issues
- Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
- Interacting with other states, employers, and other business partners
- Making decisions based on case information and providing documentation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- One year of experience working for the Child Support Program.
- One year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, with fluency in Microsoft Excel.
- One year of experience collecting and analyzing data to identify and solve problems, develop alternative recommendations, and implement resolutions. *
- One year of experience in communicating through a variety of methods (i.e., report writing, public speaking, correspondence, conflict resolution, email, meetings, memos, etc.) to diverse internal and external audiences. *

- Preference may be given to applicants with Central Locate experience.

SALARY: $39,959.88 - $50,708.40 / annually
