Our work depends on a Senior SharePoint Developer joining our team to manage SharePoint resources for a critical federal client. The Senior SharePoint Developer will play a leading role in the efficiency and operation of vital SharePoint tools, making them an essential lynchpin of a mission that is challenging, important, and rewarding.
HOW A SENIOR SHAREPOINT DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manages ASH content and sites on SharePoint Online supported by client.
Configures SharePoint services and settings.
Manages content databases and creates new ones as required. Manages security for SharePoint sites and sub-sites by providing monthly permission reporting and ad-hoc permission reports.
Supports business continuity / disaster recovery failover/failback.
Tests and helps team to test SharePoint sites. Monitors performance of SharePoint systems and provides reporting.
Manages User Profile database and services.
Deploys custom developed and third-party SharePoint solutions and packages.
Manages the SharePoint app catalogs.
Manages site quotas and file size limits.
Reviews and monitors usage reports.
Works on ways to improve portals performance.
Recommends software and hardware enhancements.
Upgrades SharePoint to newer versions as required.
Documents current SharePoint configuration and architecture along with future planned enhancements.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field.
Required Experience: 10+ years of related experience with Microsoft SharePoint. MA/MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field may substitute for 4 years of the required experience.
Required Technical Skills:
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification or equivalent.
Extensive experience working with SharePoint 2013, Microsoft Office SharePoint server 2010, Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Team Foundation Server (TSF) and Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0.

Timeline: This is for a proposal that is expected to be awarded in May, 2025.
