Senior/Specialist HR Operations

The HR Operations Section is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR services for DNV employees and managers across Europe. Starting from 1st point of contact, through HR administration, employee data management up to supporting HR annual processes and benefits management.
We are seeking Specialists/Senior Specialists HR Operations for Nordics, UK and CE Region for our team based in Gdynia, Poland. You will be responsible for delivery of quality HR services according to legal and company requirements.
You will be responsible for providing expertise in a broad variety of HR fields. This position will grant you the possibility to support our employees in processes like onboarding, benefits, offboarding, contract changes and many more. In addition to your daily tasks, you will also actively support service development and continuous improvements of HR Operations deliveries.
Requests for a temporary assignment, e.g. for one year, will also be taken into consideration.
While the role is permanent, candidates with time-limited contracts are also invited to take part in the recruitment process. Their contracts will be evaluated in line with their end dates.
In your role you will:
- Analyze and answer customer questions using MyGSS tool
- Register and maintain employee master data in the HR Partner system
- Deliver HR documents to employees and authorities
- Participate in the onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Administer chosen benefits
- Participate in strategic GSS HR projects, such as GSS Ahead or Mergers and Acquisitions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal knowledge database
- Cooperate with HR Business Area Managers, HR Advisors and other stakeholders from the Nordics Region, on various topics

To maximize your chances, you need:
- University degree, preferably within HR, Business Administration or related
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably within HR administration and/or HR Customer Service, in the SSC/BPO environment
- Proven experience in implementing process improvements
- Good knowledge of HR IT systems and Microsoft Office skills
- Fluent English - both written and verbal; Scandinavian/German languages would be an advantage
