WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
Right now, we are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team at our San Francisco office.
Purpose of Position:
-
Provide user support and customer service on company-supported computers, applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.
Job Duties:
-
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically

Follow up on all tickets in a timely manner and follow through to resolution.

Using ticketing systems, writing technical support documentation and computer proficiency with hardware and software technologies

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
-
Advice user on appropriate action

Follow standard help desk procedures
-
Redirect problems to correct resource
-
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

Assist other departments with troubleshooting and tech inquiries
Requirements:

Compensation:
Globant reasonably expects the annual base compensation for this role to be between $70,000 to $95,000.
