Your new responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and efficiently communicate an authoritative understanding of current regional market conditions, future trends, challenges, and innovations as input for our product portfolio roadmap.
• Defines and executes marketing activities of released and upcoming products.
• Ensures achievements for regional annual revenue and design win targets and maximizes product margins
• Sound understanding of the magnetic positon, inductive, temperature and IVT-sensing, ability to explain technical matter to non-technical audience
• Provides monthly regional revenue forecast on customer & product level and annual regional budgeting
• Provides Quotes to regional customers in alignment with our global pricing strategy
• Finds new opportunities for PTS portfolio for new and existing customers in various markets
• Turns opportunities in DWs and revenue.
• Conducts opportunity management of commercial opportunity projects at customers
• Creates and maintains regional specific marketing material
• Plans and supports presence at regional trade shows, tech days and customer visits
• Benchmark the competitive landscape and develop effective product, pricing, and marketing communication strategies to grow our automotive PTS business.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers and sales team
• Lead, manage and execute regional launch activities of new product introductions in close cooperation with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing Communications teams and alignment with the product management team. 
• Proactively present and promote the PTS portfolio to help the Sales team understand the positioning, benefits, and target customers. 
• Prepare periodic business reporting and ad-hoc management analysis. 
• Manage product information tools to support Sales and Customer Service team, including product presentations and product demo development.

What we look for

• Bachelor's degree or in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or other field relevant to Automotive IC Sensors; MBA in marketing a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant engineering or product marketing experience in semiconductor or related field.
• Strong business acumen, customer orientation, and drive for results.
• Excellent analytical skills and conceptual thinking with the ability to synthesize broad swaths of information into concise, actionable intelligence.
• Streetwise, commercially savvy, resilient, taking initiative, self-starter, enthusiasm and drive
• Excellent business and technical communication and presentation skills.
• Ability and flexibility to work in a global environment with multiple organizations within the company in virtual teams
• Well organized, finishing/completing/closing mentality
• A demonstrable positive attitude is a must. 
• Availability to travel 20-40%
