Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Major Oil POS Lab Software Support and Maintenance Specialist to oversee and maintain testing environments for major oil laboratories. In this role, you will ensure that these labs are continuously prepared for major oil staff and third parties to conduct testing and certification of NCR Voyix software. The labs may be located at major oil testing facilities, end customer sites, or partner locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage major oil lab testing environments, ensuring they are operational, up-to-date, and fully equipped.
• Facilitate testing and certification processes for NCR Voyix software, supporting major oil staff and third-party testers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including end customers, partners, and major oil representatives, to optimize lab readiness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to lab setups, ensuring minimal disruption to testing procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations when maintaining testing environments.
• Provide documentation and reports on lab operations, configurations, and testing results.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintaining oil lab testing environments or related fields.
• Strong understanding of RPOS systems, dispenser configuration, and payment processing technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and external partners.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with NCR Voyix software and its testing requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in oil industry technology, fuel dispenser systems, and retail payment processing.
• Technical certification related to point-of-sale systems, payments, and software testing.
• Ability to travel to different lab locations as needed both within and outside of the US (minimal international travel)
