Public Area attendant is to perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge , skill and ability required. Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities include, sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stair and office space. Cleans all public bathrooms, Empties trash and garbage containers, Clean hard floors, tile, and carpets as needed. Maintain windows and keep all guest areas clean according to our standards. Assure cleanliness of hotel lobby, shops, public bathrooms, office building, restaurant and all guest areas. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Must have current driver's licenses. Long hours sometimes required. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objectsAbility to stand for long hours at a time.Long hours sometimes required.Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and /or 50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.Ability to stand for long hours at a time. Must be flexable to work AM/PM shift, holidays and weekends.
