Position Description
Our Punchh team is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to help build a robust, scalable, and unique infrastructure platform at scale with an emphasis on automation. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining critical platform services and tools that power our enterprise applications.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in a Cloud DevOps role with subject matter expertise in automation, virtualization, and cloud engineering.

• Experience implementing Terraform or equivalent tools at an enterprise scale.

• Strong coding/scripting and debugging experience (Bash, Python, GoLang, etc.).

• Experience with public cloud engineering on GCP, AWS, and/or Azure, including provisioning, infrastructure, and migration at scale.

• Hands-on experience with Linux Systems Administration, troubleshooting, servers, and cloud architecture.

• Strong understanding of network technologies like DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, SQL, and HTTP.

• Experience implementing large infrastructure projects involving multiple cross-organization stakeholders.

• Expertise in Kubernetes and containerization concepts.

• Experience working in fast-paced environments, troubleshooting production issues until resolution.

• Hands-on experience with CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins or equivalent).

• Design, build, and maintain critical platform infrastructure services and tools.

• Implement and maintain continuous integration, automated testing, and code review workflows.

• Collaborate with software engineers to build the next generation of Punchh toolsets for enterprise applications.

• Work closely with product management and application developers to improve the platform and implement new requirements.
