Our programs support multiple Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense. We are seeking a Program Manager to support our customer’s operations in Colorado Springs, CO. This effort provides our Government customer with cybersecurity support services. This position will be on-site and will require an active TS/SCI Clearance. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining strategic plans as well as creating methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts
• Performing needs analyses to identify opportunities for improved business processes and provide guidance on enterprise cybersecurity and supply chain risk management for Continuity of Operations Plans
• Resolving conflicts in laws, regulations, policies, standards, or procedures, and reviewing or auditing IT programs and projects.
• Troubleshooting design issues
• Translating functional requirements into technical solutions
• Developing data management standards
• Ensuring supply chain and network security through effective contract language and policy reviews

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• US Citizenship
• Active TS/SCI Clearance

Required Experience:

• Minimum twelve (12) years' related experience
• Has comprehensive experience in computer networking concepts, protocols, and network security methodologies as well as risk management processes for assessing and mitigating risks
• Well-versed in cybersecurity laws, regulations, policies, and ethics, alongside core cybersecurity and privacy principles
• Experienced in cyber threats and vulnerabilities, security management, and supply chain risk management standards
• Knowledgeable about organizational processes for acquiring information systems, industry-standard analysis methods, system life cycle management, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles
• Skill in identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system

Education and Certifications:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• One or more of the following certifications: PMP, CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ITIL

The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and the public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
