Responsibilities

The Maintenance Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of maintenance staff in a healthcare facility. This role involves coordinating and overseeing maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring that equipment and systems are operational, safe, and reliable. The Maintenance Team Lead plays a key role in planning and delegating tasks, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Associate’s Degree, technical, or vocational training in a relevant field preferred Experience• 5 years of experience in facility maintenance with at least 2 years in a healthcare facility required Licenses and Certifications• Relevant certifications or licenses in maintenance, boiler operation, or electrical work preferred
