Responsibilities
Drive complex projects independently, define the safety product roadmap, set success metrics that inform the success of safety efforts, and partner across the organization to develop action plans;
Focus on building effective and scalable features or tools for monetization safety success;
Work closely with issue experts, and policy teams, as well as cross-functional partners, to establish a workflow to critically analyze, prioritize, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success;
Develop a robust workflow for cross-team collaboration, manage large-scale product improvement projects to improve community safety.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
Identifying, analyzing and improving existing business or product processes to: optimize performance; meet best practice standards; or, improve quality and user experience;
Applying data analysis skills to product design and designing product solutions based on evidence;
Researching and analyzing product designs to determine their potential for meeting organizational standards and business needs; and
Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome.

Requires domestic and international travel up to 5%.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $166962 - $311600 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
