Koch Business Services (KBS) is looking for a HRS Operations Supervisor to join the Human Resources team at our Katowice (Poland) office.

Our Team

We are looking for an HRS Operations Supervisor who will supervise part of the HRS Operations team for Koch Business Services in EMEA. You will be Supervising and supporting a team of HR Operations specialists that are responsible for delivering high-quality customer/consumer experience to approximately 15000 employees in EMEA through employee life cycle (Hire to retire).

• Understand, develop, apply, and coach employees on our culture of Principle Based Management

• Provide strong supervision with excellent interpersonal, team building, communication and influencing skills to drive positive outcomes and value
• Development of individuals to focus on their passions, helping them realize their comparative advantage and grow in their self-actualization journey
• Assist in the development of operational metrics to measure business success
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations, accuracy, and efficiency Leverage technology and automation to streamline HR processes
• Ensure all transactions are processed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and statutory regulations
• Stay updated on changes in HR compliance and regulations and implement necessary changes to the required processes
• Conduct effective reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
• Built and maintain strong relationships with our supported Business Partners
• Contribute to the development of HR Solutions strategies aligned with business goals

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisor role

• In-depth knowledge of HR Operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
