Position Summary
The Marketing Print Production & Promotions Specialist will manage print production processes, oversee the creation of promotional materials, and collaborate on various marketing campaigns. This position will be the key point of contact for all print and promotional materials, ensuring that they align with the Company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
In addition, this role involves coordinating and overseeing various marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Essential Functions and Duties
Print Production Management:
- Coordinate and manage the production of print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and direct mail pieces.
- Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality production.
- Review proofs and final prints for quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage inventory and ordering of print collateral and promotional materials.
Promotions Management:
- Collaborate with Marketing Specialists to plan and execute promotional initiatives, integrating print materials with digital projects.
- Develop promotional calendars, ensuring timely production and distribution of materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotions with marketing strategies and sales goals.
- Track and report on the performance of promotional campaigns, providing insights for future improvements.
- Assist with company sponsored events that are customer facing or sales meetings.
Promo Inventory Control:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of promotional materials and items to ensure availability for campaigns and company initiatives.
- Implement tracking systems to maintain accurate records of inventory usage and distribution.
- Coordinate restocking efforts to meet campaign timelines and avoid disruptions.
Employee Store
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the employee store
- Ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, merchandise is displayed attractively, and customer service standards are consistently high.
- This role oversees ordering, stocking, and organizing products, processes transactions, tracks sales, and reports on store performance.
- Plans and executes promotional activities, collaborates with cross-functional teams to align store offerings with company branding, and ensures that the store operates in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to all employees.
Vendor Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with print vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain competitive bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective production.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Inventory and Distribution:
- Manage inventory of printed materials and promotional items, reordering as necessary.
