About the Role

As a Logistics and Production Admin Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both the logistics team and plant operations. This hybrid function includes managing container documentation, coordinating shipment schedules, and maintaining production quality data entry and reports. You’ll work with various departments including customer service, sales, operations, and planning teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness across the supply chain.

Work hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT)

Work set-up: Remote

What you’ll do

Logistics Support

• Process new supplier shipment documents using Epicor

• Receive and log daily container shipments into the system

• Coordinate daily container delivery schedules and monitor ETA updates

• Track inventory levels and manage reorders based on min/max thresholds

• Prepare commercial invoices and request export bookings

Production & Plant Support

Quality Control:

• Generate and submit Stop Data reports (Rebeamer and Warpsizer)

• Maintain COC reports for quality assurance partners

• Schedule and track creel audits and maintain quality logs

Job Reconciliation:

• Verify job tracker accuracy across manufacturing receipts, materials, and labor logs

• Flag and track discrepancies for resolution and job closure

Production Planning:

• Extract open orders weekly and calculate required section beam yards

• Create job travelers and update production schedules accordingly

• Maintain and print weekly setting sheets and production planning reports

Requirements

What You Bring

• 3-5 years experience in logistics, supply chain, production, or related field

• Solid understanding of supply chain processes, inventory control, or production workflows

• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Epicor

• Familiarity with production processes or manufacturing workflows

• Proficiency in MS Office with above average Excel skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible, and deadline-focused
