IT Generalist (Contract)

Pay Rate: $65-75/hr
Main Responsibilities
- Key player in supporting new customer launches and customizations
- Work with the solutions, product and engineering teams in supporting customer SSO, API and eligibility file integrations along with product customizations
- Provides best practices and develops reusable solutions that can be used in future implementations
- Manage multiple project timelines and delivers customer deliverables on time
- Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency
- Troubleshooting and support for all IT end user issues: mobile, desktop, audio/video, peripherals, etc.
- Procurement, asset and inventory management for all IT hardware and software
- Cross-departmental collaboration with teams like Human Resources, Sales, and Engineering
- Managing IT communication between headquarters and remote office
- Perform system imaging, application configurations, and security policy enforcements
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing corporate IT systems in a modern cloud-first environment
- A good communicator, with a positive attitude and excitement for building new processes and policies for a rapidly growing organization
- Experience and understanding of core IT Service Management functions, such as Change Management and Incident Management.
- Experience in support and troubleshooting Mac OS and Chrome OS platforms as well as iOS & Android mobile devices
- Experience supporting a company’s IT with little or no oversight
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Security and Compliance focused mindset
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Science or 2-3 additional years of equivalent experience
